Monday & Wednesday Day League
Welcome to a league where "friends meet". If you are a recently retired, or semi-retired male or female interested in learning how to curl or getting back to curling after a long layoff, than our Day League is ideal for you. This is a recreational league with emphasis on “fun & social” curling. Although focused on seniors, if you are available to curl during the daytime, come curl with us. Our members are more than happy to offer advice and assistance to less experienced curlers.
Members play two eight-end games every week, MON and WED mornings – 0930 start. Members are not assigned to a permanent team. Our Day League uses a “tag” system where Teams are formed before each draw from those who show up to curl. You are free to play as often or as little as you wish.
This league also offers Home and Away Visitations – to and from selected clubs in the province throughout the Season.

Monday Open
This is an Open Curling League for any team combination of Males and Females.
There are Multiple divisions. (based on the number of teams)
Teams change divisions based on records at the completion of each round of games to try to keep skill levels balanced in divisions and give variety to the teams you will play.
Teams will rotate weekly between the 18:00 and 20:15 draw times.
Teams normally play 3 rounds during the year prior to dividing into 4 playoff divisions to wrap up the year.

Curling Academy Presents - Adult 6 Week Program - Learn 2 Curl - Winter 2025
6 Weeks of instruction on all the basics aspects of curling. No experience necessary. A fun environment to be introduced to the game and experience the wonderful sport of Curling!
All equipment provided. Please wear warm flexible clothing (no jeans) and bring clean sneakers to change into once at the Club.
Upon completion of the program, Curlers will be ready to play recreational games. Those curlers to complete this program receive a 10% discount towards registration into a league for the 2025 Fall Season.
This program occurs Fall and Winter each season. Future start dates will be announced.

Tuesday Day League

Tuesday Competitive
This is an Open Competitive league with a maximum of 13 teams. Designed to offer our experienced curlers a higher level of
game play than our regular recrational league.
Draw at 18:00 but the ice is ready for 1750 for teams wanting a bit more time.

Wednesday Open
Wednesday is an Open league.

Thursday Open
This is an Open Curling League for any team combination of Males and Females.
There are four divisions, (A, B, C, D) with teams moving up and down based on records at the completion of each round of games.
Rotating draws at 1800 & 2015
Teams normally play 3 rounds during the year prior to dividing into 4 playoff divisions to wrap up the year.

Saturday Light Rocks
Saturday mornings are dedicated to our Junior Curlers.
The Light Rocks group (ages 7-11) is scheduled from 9:00-10:30.
All equipment is provided, we just ask curlers come with a helmet, warm flexible clothing a pair of sneakers to change into once at the Club.
Parents are required to complete and submit a number of forms with registration, to the CFB Club Manager (Floyd Otto) before the beginning of the season. Click the links below to access these forms or pick them up at the club.

Saturday Junior U21
Saturday mornings are dedicated to our Junior Curlers.
The Junior Recreational group (U21) is scheduled from 10:30 - 12:00. New curlers will be grouped together start for an introductory program. The experienced and returning curlers will be placed into teams. The program will have a league format (games with scoring) and instructional component to develop confident curlers in a fun atmosphere.
All equipment is provided, we just ask curlers come with a helmet, warm flexible clothing a pair of sneakers to change into once at the Club.

Sunday Social
The Sunday Social League is another of our clubs recreational leagues. Played from 12:30 PM to 2:15 PM games consisting of 6 ends are played within the normal 2 hour period to allow time to accommodate some on ice instruction where needed. The league provides real opportunity for new, novice, & more experienced curlers to get more comfortable within the game while shaping their skills. For any curler who'd like to try a new position the league also allows any player to play in the mate or skip position. The leagues goal is to have balanced competitive teams within a more relaxed, fun & social environment. Individual & couple entries are encouraged and every effort is made to accommodate and place the couples who wish to play together on the same team. Team entries are discouraged.

Friday Night Recreational League - Full Season
October 2024 thru March 2025
Open to individual & team sign-up. Draw time of 1900 on Friday nights. This is a recreational fun league designed to offer the opportunity to curlers of all abilities and experience to enjoy curling, while participating in friendly competition. Practice ice booking at no-cost is included.
First day of curling includes an Orientation/Learn to Curl for those needing instruction or a refresher.
Season begins October 18th, 2024
