The Ice Plant's ammonia alarm system has broken. The Plant is working as it should, but cannot be permitted to run without this safety system.
The Base will be staffing the Ice Plant 24/7 to allow it to run until the part arrives and is installed. The Plant was started on Monday, October 7th, 1 week later than planned. We apologize for the delay and will have an updated date for curling to start shortly (around 1 week after Oct 15).
6 Weeks of instruction on all the basics aspects of curling. No experience necessary. A fun environment to be introduced to the game and experience the wonderful sport of Curling!
All equipment provided. Please wear warm flexible clothing (no jeans) and bring clean sneakers to change into once at the Club.
Upon completion of the program, Curlers will be ready to play recreational games. Those curlers to complete this program receive a 10% discount towards registration into a league for the Winter (January thru March 20225).
This program will have a Winter session for 2025. Future start dates will be announced.

Includes Practice Ice at no additional cost
$150 plus HST

Congratulations to Leslie Brewer and her team. They captured their home club's Off Broadway Spiel on February 10th, 2024 at the CFB Halifax Curling Club.
